Why Authentic Beef? When I was growing up, my Grandpa always had fresh beef from butchering a steer that he had raised, insuring that his family had good food on the table. They had a connection with their food that a lot of folks are longing for today. We make the same beef available to the people we serve that we eat ourselves.
